ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Sunday 3rd February at 4pm

Venue: South Maroubra Surf Club in the downstairs lounge.

:: Consideration & adoption of the Annual Reports & Financial Statements
:: The handing over of the chair to the 'Appointed Officer'
:: Election of the new Board
:: The handing over of the Chair to the Senior elected Board Member - The President
:: Consideration of any motion of which due notice had been given
:: Any other business
:: Close of meeting

All positions are open as it is a matter of course that all members stand down from their current role.

Positions are:
President
Secretary
Treasurer
Social Committee Planner
Age Co-ordinators
Member Protection Officer (new role to fill set out by ESFA)

We will also be looking to delegate and off load some of the current work to whomever can assist.

Anyone wishing to be elected may do so and must have it back to me prior to the AGM.

It is really important that anyone that wishes to contribute, be involved or have a say must be at this meeting.

It is our first AGM and we welcome your thoughts. If you have anyone that also wishes to sponsor, please have them come along.
